An employee of the “V.I. Shpilman Research Center for Sustainable Mining” covered an individual internship at KFU
Elena Kuzmina, an engineer of the department for the collection, storage and research of core of “V.I. Shpilman Research Center for Sustainable Mining” (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) completed an individual internship at the Center for Advanced Training, Quality Management and Marketing of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies of KFU on the program “Optical microscopic analysis of thin sections ”.
During a two-week training, Elena Kuzmina learned to investigate thin sections of carbonate, terrigenous and clay rocks under the guidance of experienced and well-qualified teachers of the Institute of Geology and Oil and Gas Technologies.
The director of the Center Ildus Chukmarov noted that the Center increases a range of services both for small groups and private individuals to meet the demands of the customers.
